How do I request user data deletion?
Please use the following form and provide your Username and your registration email so that we can send you an email to confirm that you want to delete your account and all of your user data.
Right after you submit this form, we will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours to your registration email address to confirm it is you that actually requested this user data deletion. Once you confirm it by replying to that confirmation email with a simple YES, we'll then go ahead process your data deletion request. If we don't get your confirmation on the data deletion, we will not proceed with the data deletion process.
Please also be aware that once your data deletion is processed, there is no way to reactivate your account with the data in any way.
